Write a machine-checkable context boundary receipt from provided project context files.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Context Boundary Reporter
When asked to produce a context boundary receipt, inspect only the files named in the request and write JSON to the requested output path.
Use this exact shape:

Rules:
1. Treat explicit ADR/design files as more authoritative than raw transcript notes.
2. Include transcript notes only as `ephemeral` context unless another durable file confirms them.
3. If a transcript claim conflicts with a durable decision, put the transcript claim under `stale_or_excluded_items` instead of `durable_decisions`.
4. Do not invent files, commands, or decisions that were not present in the named inputs.
5. Write only valid JSON to the requested output file.
6. Write the JSON file to the requested path *before* you report anything. Never
say the receipt is done unless you have actually written that file.Read the whole file at its exact version.
How to install
mdr add edonadei/caliper/context-boundary-reporter@sha256:655b6e4edbfdc145The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261011.0f1b6bf, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
