Return `STATE_DRIFT` if any identity changes. Return `NOT_DIRECTLY_LANDABLE` for a non-`main` base. ## 2. Build The Readiness Envelope Build JSON for `scripts/maintainer_gate.py` from live reads: - schema `1`, mode `readiness`, and repository `electricsheephq/lcm-x`; - protected base ref/SHA, ruleset `20888757`, strict up-to-date enforcement, and every required `(context, integration_id)` pair; - PR number, base/head identity, state, draft flag, and accepted issue; - exact-head check-runs with name, app id, status, and conclusion; …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
