Use only when the owner is present and wants to search job boards in the owner's browser (LinkedIn, Wellfound, HiringCafe, WTTJ, YC, Glassdoor, Indeed, Built In, Handshake): read the pages the owner opens, record each real posting with jobs_manual.py, never apply.

Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Browser job search: the owner opens, job-scout reads and records

Owner: job-scout (card `agents/job-scout.md`). Tier: T1 (records in `jobs/` through `jobs_manual.py`). Two conditions,
both required: the owner is in this session, and opens each page personally. You read the current tab once, at the owner's pace;
you never navigate, paginate, click, type into, log into or apply on any job site. Today is !`date +%F`.

## Inputs
1. `targets/platforms.yaml`: only platforms whose `access` includes `browser`. `manual` ones you never read: the owner
   reads them and dictates title, company, URL; you record.
2. `targets/roles.md` (titles in scope), `jobs/` (what is already recorded).
3. The owner's saved searches on each platform (kept in `targets/platforms.yaml` notes; the owner opens them).

## Outputs
- New or JD-completed `jobs/*.md` records (source `manual`, `platform` set), each from a page the owner opened.
- JD scratch text in the gitignored `.cache/jd/<platform>-<key>.txt`.
- Reply: `State` · `Moved` (recorded ids, exists, skipped with reasons) · `Needs you` · `Next` (fit-scorer ids).

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261023.580eef2, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
