Before claiming a gameplay feature done: actually run the game and walk through the feature. Static diagnostics and type checks do not count.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Playtesting A Feature ## Overview A game feature is not done because it compiles. It is not done because the tests pass. It is not done because `summer_get_diagnostics` is clean. It is done when someone has played it and the thing it promised actually happens. **Core principle:** If you have not pressed play and walked the feature, you have not shipped it. This skill governs the play-the-game layer of verification. It does not replace: - `verification-before-completion` — type checks, build output, test runs. Run that for the code layer. - `debug` — operational triage when a feature is actively broken or crashing. - `investigating-bugs` — root-cause analysis once a specific bug is reproducible. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
