Paper 图表可视化辅助命令（B 诊断 + C 设计建议双模式自适应）。当用户要查图表、图表诊断、图表设计、画图建议、该用什么图、图注怎么写、配色选什么、色盲友好、坐标轴规范、误差棒标注，或说"帮我看看这张图""图表有什么问题""我该画什么图""配色怎么选""figure 帮我查一下""画图建议""怎么画柱状图"也触发——即使用户只说"图表""figure""看下图"也应使用。行为铁律：图类/图注/配色/工具陈列常见选项+标待用户决定、摆事实不推荐；不编数据不编图表内容（用户贴数据用真实数据+顶部声明、没贴或仅口述用 PAPER_PLACEHOLDER+顶部声明、绝不编看似真实的研究数据、诊断模式禁根据口述还原/想象图）；视觉诊断局限性项标自查提示、配色标 hex+色板来源；确认前零落盘。不替用户选图类/定图注/定配色/定工具、不编数据、不下"图表行不行"价值结论。"直接告诉我图表行不行""帮我画一张编数据的图""帮我按 Nature 格式"走三段式。.
