Paper 题录导入命令（题录整理器 + 题录-草稿一致性核对器）。当用户有从知网/Zotero/EndNote 导出的题录要批量整理、整理参考文献、题录入库、做题录与草稿引用的一致性核对、查哪些草稿引用有对应题录、查题录与草稿字段差异，或说"帮我整理题录""知网题录导入""Zotero 题录处理""参考文献整理""题录核对""题录-草稿一致性""引用管理"时使用——即使用户只说"整理下题录""导入这些文献""核对下引用"也应使用。行为铁律：只整理用户实际导入的真实题录（知网 .ris/.txt、Zotero .ris/.csv/.json 等）、字段缺失标占位、绝不凭记忆补全作者/年份/DOI/标题、不凭空生成题录；一致性核对只客观陈列对应关系（草稿引用→题录 / 题录→草稿引用 / 字段差异）、不判"引用对错"、"无对应题录"不直接判编造（交 /paper-verify 核验）；题录入 literature/笔记表.md（五字段标占位请用户或 search 补）；确认前零落盘。不编题录、不凭记忆补字段、不替用户判存在性。"帮我编题录凑数""帮我凭记忆补 DOI"走三段式转化。.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
