Generate DORA metrics and engineering performance reports using Harness SEI via MCP. Track deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and MTTR. Use when user says "DORA metrics", "deployment frequency", "lead time", "engineering metrics", or asks about team performance.

# DORA Metrics Generate DORA metrics reports using Harness Software Engineering Insights (SEI) via MCP. ## Instructions All DORA metrics are served by a single resource type: `sei_dora_metric`. How to install
mdr add harness/harness-skills/dora-metrics@sha256:fa2202dc0cba2e95The line at the top of this page pins the label v2.1.1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
