Author Unity EditMode, PlayMode, or regression tests for the current change without conflating that with test execution.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
> Run qq scripts as `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/bin/<name>`: they are not on PATH, so a bare `qq-project-state.py` exits 127.
Respond in the user's preferred language (detect from their recent messages, or fall back to the language setting in CLAUDE.md).
Add or update Unity tests for the current change. This skill is for **writing tests**, not for running them. After authoring coverage, hand off to `/qq:test`.
> **Before deciding what to assert** (component layouts, serialized values, runtime state), read the actual values from the live Editor instead of guessing from source, read-only, through the project's channel: `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/bin/qq-unity-cli.py channel --project "$PWD"` prints `unity-cli`, `tykit` or `none` ([`shared/unity-live-state.md`](../../shared/unity-live-state.md)).
> - **Official Unity CLI**: `unity command --project-path "$PWD" --json --no-banner find_gameobjects -- --name X`, then `get_component_properties -- --target <instanceId> --type Foo` or `get_serialized_fields` ([`shared/unity-cli-reference.md`](../../shared/unity-cli-reference.md)).

How to install
mdr add tykisgod/quick-question/add-tests@sha256:dc4c8074583f120aThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261012.2cebb60, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
