Send a design document to Codex CLI for review, then revise the document based on the findings. Automatically loops until no critical issues remain or 5 rounds are completed.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
> Run qq scripts as `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/bin/<name>`: they are not on PATH, so a bare `plan-review.sh` exits 127.
Respond in the user's preferred language (detect from their recent messages, or fall back to the language setting in CLAUDE.md).
> **Workflow:** take `--workflow <name>` from `$ARGUMENTS` if present, else run `qq-config.py field workflow`. On `prototype-loop`, run one round only and verify the findings yourself ([`shared/prototype-loop.md`](../../shared/prototype-loop.md) §Plan), then hand off to `/qq:execute`; on `heavy-review` (the default), follow this file as written.
Arguments: $ARGUMENTS
- A file path to a design document or plan
- No arguments: pick the target as in step 1
## Execution Flow
### 1. Determine the Target File
Try in order of priority:
1. If the user specified a file path, use it
2. Otherwise check the current conversation for a Claude-generated plan (typically under `Docs/` or similar), use the most recent one
…Read the whole file at its exact version.
How to install
mdr add tykisgod/quick-question/codex-plan-review@sha256:6fa1d9a1a8ce96a0The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261012.61e472c, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
