Writes an SEO content brief for a blog post or landing page: target keyword, search intent, related and secondary keywords, a suggested heading outline, and meta title and meta description, without inventing search-volume numbers. Use when the user asks for an SEO brief, content brief, keyword research, on-page SEO, a blog outline built for search, or how to rank or optimize a page for Google.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # SEO Brief
## Purpose
Produce a structured, writer-ready SEO brief for one target page: what
keyword it should target, what the searcher actually wants when they type
that query, a suggested outline built around that intent, and on-page
metadata. This is a research and structuring aid, not a keyword-volume
tool — it has no connected keyword-data source, so it never invents
search-volume or difficulty numbers.
## Step-by-step process
**Plugin root:** if a path below still shows an unexpanded
`CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT` placeholder (Claude Code fills it in; other agents
such as Codex don't), resolve it before using any of them: take the
output of `printenv CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT` if it prints a path, otherwise
walk up from this file's folder to the first folder that contains
`references/brand-voice.md`, and if neither works, ask the user where
this plugin lives. Use that absolute path in every file path and shell
command below.
1. **Check onboarding status.** Read
`${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/references/brand-voice.md`. If it doesn't exist,
or its first line is `<!-- MARKETING-SKILL:UNCONFIGURED -->`, pause and

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
