Use right after an interview round or recruiter call, when the owner reports how it went, or when interview feedback or a rejection reason arrives and the story bank and application record need updating.

# Debrief a round Owner: prep-coach (card `agents/prep-coach.md`). Tier: T1. Within 12 h of the round. Serves the owner and the Recruiter: what happened, what to change, and the next step, so the story bank, the question bank and the record stay current. Today is !`date +%F`. ## Inputs Work from the user's data folder (`$JAJA_DATA`). In order: 1. The rulings the hook printed; `agents/prep-coach.md`. 2. The owner's account of the round (the owner's message, or the five questions in step 1). 3. `applications/SLUG/application.md` (stage, round, interviewers), the pack `prep/packs/SLUG/<round>.md` if one exists, earlier debriefs `prep/debriefs/SLUG-*`. 4. `prep/stories/*.md`, `prep/questions.yaml`; the corpus for any fact the owner mentions (`grep -rn` in `profile/corpus` and `profile/facts.yaml`). ## Outputs - `prep/debriefs/SLUG-<round>-<date>.md`: frontmatter `application`, `round`, `date`, `interviewers`, `evidence_ids`; body `## Questions` (question, answer quality 1 to 5, what to change), `## Signals`, `## Next step`, `## Story bank updates`, `## Thank-you line`. - Updated `prep/stories/*.md` and new rows in `prep/questions.yaml`. …

How to install
mdr add kahl-d/jaja/debrief@sha256:063fbdb1acc9bef5The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261023.580eef2, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
