Neo.mjs Playwright unit-test author/executor workflow. Standard Playwright patterns will fail. Triggers: Use before writing, modifying, fixing, or explicitly running unit tests. Do not trigger solely because PR review inspects a diff containing, adding, or moving tests, or checks placement; pr-review owns review evidence.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent.
