Fleet starter skill for complexity-tier L5 — self-managed multi-subtask coordination. Compact prompt with KB pre-fetch.

Pre-fetch the KB anchors relevant to the task domain, then work autonomously within your role's permissions. - Self-manage subtask order and partial-result tracking. - Pre-fetch KB anchors for the domain; retrieve deeper context on demand. - Honor your role's forbidden_actions — never take a hard-gated action (prod-deploy, secret-rotation) without operator approval. - Return a structured summary with decisions, outcomes, and escalations.
