Answer any question about historic EIOPA risk-free rate (RFR) yield curves - a spot rate for a country and tenor at a reference date, a whole term structure, a tenor through time, countries side by side, implied forwards, discount factors, the Solvency II stressed curves, or curve parameters (UFR, LLP, alpha, CRA, VA). It carries the full published history with it - every monthly release since 2014-12-31, all curves, terms 1-150 years, no_VA and with_VA - so it needs no dataset, database…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# EIOPA yield curve lookups This skill is self-contained. `scripts/data/curves.pack` holds every rate EIOPA has published — every monthly release, all curves, terms 1–150 years, both `no_VA` and `with_VA` — in about 370 KB, and `scripts/eiopa_curves.py` reads it and nothing else. ```bash python <skill>/scripts/eiopa_curves.py <command> [options] ``` **No repo, no database, no network, no third-party package.** Copy those two files anywhere Python 3 runs and every command works. Do not go looking for a `yield_curves.csv` or an `EIOPA_all_curves` checkout — the skill ignores them deliberately. A query costs about 150 ms and writes nothing. **The pack is a snapshot, and that is the one way this skill can be confidently wrong.** It cannot know about releases published after it was built. Run `coverage` or `facts` for the live figures — both print the snapshot date and the last release held, and `--json` carries `snapshot_generated` and `latest_release_in_snapshot`. Say which release the data stops at whenever recency could matter: `latest` means the newest release *in this snapshot*, not the newest EIOPA has issued. …

How to install
mdr add open-source-modelling/insurance_skills/historic-eiopa-yield-curve@sha256:53c5602147486a36The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260903.0a84f1f, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
