実録画・スクリーンショットから、タイトル・工程図・余白付きズーム・成果物確認を備えた業務デモを制作する。既定は無音・字幕なし。2役割、テンプレート、編集・圧縮、明示希望時の音声字幕に対応。 Use for screen-first demos, recorded workflows, video editing and compression. Not for meeting summaries or fabricated application screens.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # video-creator GitHub Copilot / VS Codeで実録画・実画面から業務デモを制作する。 全生成物はSkillではなく、別の承認済み作業フォルダーに置く。 利用時に組織の規程・過去の成功例・Teams / Outlook / SharePoint の業務文脈を確認する。 取得できない重要な前提は本人へ確認し、成果物にも要確認として残す。 ## Step 1. 素材・範囲・証拠を確認 目的・対象者・尺・使用素材を確認し、既に指定されたことは聞き直さない。 実録画は [inspect_video.py](scripts/inspect_video.py) で全体と候補区間を読む。 新規のWeb撮影は本人指定のプロファイル・対象ページ・操作範囲を確認し、 既存のVS Code統合ブラウザーだけを使う。別ブラウザーのインストール・起動はしない。 依頼文、収集、本人承認、登録・変更の完了を区別する。未収録機能は、追加素材を待つ・省略する・ 「運用イメージ」と明示する選択を確認し、実行済みと偽らない。 Python / Pillow / numpy / ffmpeg が必要。不足時は明示し、[依存](scripts/requirements.txt)に沿って承認を得る。 ## Step 2. 共通テンプレートから開始 [画面中心制作](references/screen-first-workflow.md)に沿い、既存の [共通Scaffolder](../update-skills/scripts/scaffold_from_template.py)で `screen-first` / `two-personas` / `development-story` を空の私用作業フォルダーへ生成する。 変数は [.env.example](references/.env.example) に宣言済み。まず `--dry-run` で対象とNextを確認する。 初期テンプレートは模式図だけのレイアウト確認であり、アプリの実演ではない。 実素材を追加するまで `--layout-preview` を明示し、本番検証とは区別する。 開発動画は [VS Code導線](references/platforms.md)に沿い、実際に `https://github.com/geekfujiwara/CodeAppsDevelopmentStandard クイックスタートして` から開始し、Skill取得→資料・Teams文字起こしから要件→雛形Scaffold→必要な差分→ローカル検証を収録する。 …
