実録画・スクリーンショットから、タイトル・工程図・余白付きズーム・成果物確認を備えた業務デモを制作する。既定は無音・字幕なし。2役割、テンプレート、編集・圧縮、明示希望時の音声字幕に対応。 Use for screen-first demos, recorded workflows, video editing and compression. Not for meeting summaries or fabricated application screens.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# video-creator 添付実録画を優先し、仕事の発端から本人確認・成果物・人との対話までを伝える。 インストール済みSkillは読み取り専用でも動く。全生成物は別の承認済み作業フォルダーに置く。 利用時に組織の規程・過去の成功例・Teams / Outlook / SharePoint の業務文脈を確認する。 取得できない重要な前提は本人へ確認し、成果物にも要確認として残す。 ## Step 1. 素材・範囲・証拠を確認 目的・対象者・尺・使用素材を確認し、既に指定されたことは聞き直さない。 実録画は [inspect_video.py](scripts/inspect_video.py) で全体と候補区間を読む。 依頼文、収集、本人承認、登録・変更の完了を区別する。未収録機能は、追加素材を待つ・省略する・ 「運用イメージ」と明示する選択を確認し、実行済みと偽らない。 Python / Pillow / numpy / ffmpeg が必要。不足時は明示し、[依存](scripts/requirements.txt)に沿って承認を得る。 ## Step 2. 共通テンプレートから開始 [画面中心制作](references/screen-first-workflow.md)の共通Scaffolderで `screen-first` / `two-personas` / `development-story` を空の私用作業フォルダーへ生成する。 変数は [.env.example](references/.env.example) に宣言済み。まず `--dry-run` で対象とNextを確認する。 初期テンプレートは模式図だけのレイアウト確認であり、アプリの実演ではない。 実素材を追加するまで `--layout-preview` を明示し、本番検証とは区別する。 ## Step 3. 実素材を配置して、元画像からズーム [import_recording.py](scripts/import_recording.py) で元解像度・時刻・ハッシュ・トリムを保持して取り込む。 [形式](references/storyboard-format.md)に沿い、5秒タイトル→全体工程→実画面→成果物→メリットを構成する。 2役割はタイトル後に両者を紹介し、最初の役割を終えてから次へ切り替える。 概要は `rows` で役割ごとに独立した上下2行の工程表にする。役割をまたぐ矢印や共通ハブにしない。 短縮依頼は [短尺編集](references/short-demos.md)に沿い、待機・繰り返しの遷移を別カットで省く。 …

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
