Gmail Commander health check - the local Gmail CLI, its credentials and token cache, the buildBot() contract the deployment imports, and a check that no retired local bot or digest job remains. TRIGGERS - gmail health, email bot status, gmail diagnostics, gmail bot check.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Gmail Commander Health Check
Run diagnostics for everything this plugin owns on this machine. The Telegram bot and the scheduled digest run in a **private Restate deployment on an always-on Mac mini**, so their liveness is not checked here — see step 6.
> **Self-Evolving Skill**: This skill improves through use. If instructions are wrong, parameters drifted, or a workaround was needed — fix this file immediately, don't defer. Only update for real, reproducible issues.

How to install
mdr add terrylica/cc-skills/health@sha256:dfe94f575f1df5f0The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260926.ec86c63, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
