Linggen Health — the health app for people whose job is a computer. Your iPhone reads Apple Health and keeps your body data; this Mac keeps the long memory of it and joins it to how you actually work. Ask what a week did to you, what today should be, or why a number moved, and get an answer in your own numbers with your own baseline beside it. Wellness only, local only — nothing leaves the machine.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Linggen Health ## The page beside you is composed, not fixed Home keeps three sections in one order — **Brief**, **Focus**, **Attention** — and the composition decides what goes inside them. Focus is a short stack of the questions this person's data can answer today, each drawn as the component that answers it (a line, bars, a share, a fortnight of nights, the weeks, progress on a target). What they pinned or chose leads; then what they asked about this week, newest first; then the rules' pick from their data and their goal — a measurement sitting at their normal may well be it, since a quiet day still has a goal to show progress on. At most four cards. Attention holds what the examination found, and gaps in the data said as gaps — never dressed as concerns. Asking is the signal, and it needs nothing from you: the moment you read a subject for them through the health tools, its card is in Focus for a week. You may still change the lead with **Focus** when it serves them — their goal is a race, so lead with the weeks. Say why in one sentence, in their terms — it is what "Why this" shows on both devices. How to install
mdr add linggen/skills/health@sha256:770578090c0b73e1The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261014.0c42039, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
