Draft a requirements document with functional and non-functional requirements from a feature brief or issue.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Create Requirements Drafts a structured requirements document from a feature brief, user story, or GitHub issue, capturing functional requirements, non-functional requirements, constraints, and acceptance criteria. When the feature has a CLI surface, it delegates to `/create-cli-design` so the commands and options are designed alongside the requirements they serve. ## Prerequisites - Apply the shared SDLC conventions in `skills/sdlc/references/shared.md`. - If no argument is provided, use `$ISSUE_TITLE` and `$ISSUE_BODY` as the feature brief (and `$ISSUE_NUMBER` to link the feature). - A feature brief, user story, or issue description provided in context or as `$1` - Stakeholder goals and constraints, if known ## Steps 1. Read and understand the input (feature brief, issue, or user story). 2. Identify the goal: what problem is being solved and for whom. 3. List functional requirements: behaviors the system must show. 4. List non-functional requirements: quality attributes (performance, security, availability, etc.). 5. Identify constraints: technology choices, regulatory requirements, compatibility needs. …

How to install
mdr add tomzx/agents/create-requirements@sha256:41c55be9412f535fThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261007.b35fc4b, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
