# 跨境物流与库存规划 把真实可售库存、交付时点与需求不确定性放在同一时间线上，选择能兑现服务承诺的物流和补货方案。 ## 必要输入 - SKU/ASIN、国家、仓库、销售单位、外箱/单品尺寸重量与特殊运输属性。 - 可售、预留、不可售、在途数量及预计可售日期，销量与缺货期间记录。 - 头程/清关/仓储/尾程报价、计费单位、有效期、时效分布、服务责任与 Incoterm。 ## 执行约定 - 先锁定平台、站点、商品或店铺、日期范围、时区、币种与指标定义；无法确认的字段保留 `UNKNOWN`，不补零。 - 每条结论关联证据编号。原始账户记录为 `FACT`，第三方销量和流量为 `ESTIMATE`，情景参数为 `ASSUMPTION`；记录数据源、采集时间、覆盖范围和缺失原因。 - 默认交付分析或草稿。外部取数与写入沿用用户已授权的范围和费用边界；新增范围才补充确认。实际写入记录对象、前后值、执行响应和回读结果，不能把草稿或请求接受写成已生效。 ## 工作流 1. 统一件、套、箱与可售包装单位；核对库存是当前快照还是历史期末值。去除取消货件与重复在途，预留不可售库存不计入即时供给。 2. 对比空运、海运、铁路、专线等方案时，以同一责任边界和目的地重算头程、清关、税费、仓储、尾程、退货及操作费用。 3. 按承运方实际体积重除数、进位规则与尺寸限制计算计费重；核对电池、液体等承运要求。 4. 估计需求区间，标注缺货导致的销量截断与季节促销；按 [执行手册](references/playbook.md) 投影库存到每个预计可售日期。 5. 对比现货与到货时间，识别早于到货的断货窗口、长库龄风险和超量采购；无需求或到货证据时输出范围而非精确补货量。 6. 形成常规补货、应急补货、调拨、清库存或暂缓采购方案，加入 MOQ、资金和仓容约束。 7. 输出仓配与货件草稿；只有获得对应订舱/货件/移除权限时执行，保存承运/平台响应与回读。 ## 关键边界 - 已创建入库计划不等于货已发出，在途不等于立即可售，已签收不等于已上架。 - 低销量可能来自断货，零需求预测时不计算无意义的周转天数。 - 不把低报货值或错误归类当作降本方案；物流选择不自动决定税务责任。 ## 交付与验收 - 完整费用和服务责任对比、运输限制及报价有效期。 - 按日期的库存覆盖、断货窗口、库龄风险和补货情景。 - 建议方案、数量依据、现金占用与执行状态。 执行时按需读取 [执行手册](references/playbook.md) 中的字段、计算口径与验收方法。 版权与改编说明见 [NOTICE](NOTICE) 和 [LICENSE](LICENSE)。
