Process follow-up files from autonomous runs (ops:batch-execute, ops:get-to-work). Walks through each item, presents options, takes action, and cleans up.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Review Follow-Up Process follow-up `.md` files left by autonomous commands (`/ops:batch-execute`, `/ops:get-to-work`). ## 1. Find the follow-up file If `$ARGUMENTS` contains a file path, use that. Otherwise, search for follow-up files: 1. Check `.plans/` and `plans/` for files matching `*follow*up*` or `*followup*`. 2. If multiple found, list them and ask the user which to review. 3. If none found, tell the user and stop. Read the file. Also read the branch's git log (`git log main..HEAD --oneline`) to understand what was done. ## 2. Frame what's open Triage first (see Rules), then open with two or three sentences: what the run produced, and what kinds of decisions are still waiting on the user. If whoever invoked this skill has already said what the run produced — the `/ops:get-to-work` handoff does — don't say it again; open with what's still open. No item count, no section-by-section inventory, no commit count — the branch and its log are yours to keep track of. ## 3. Walk through each section …

How to install
mdr add odinmb/ops-workflow/review-followup@sha256:a947832bdb02276bThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260817.2e257ed, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
