Shared rules for unattended execution — only load when explicitly referenced by another command or skill. Never auto-trigger based on user prompts.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Autonomous Conventions Rules for commands and skills that run without user input (e.g., `/ops:get-to-work`, `/ops:batch-execute`). The goal is to keep moving and defer human judgment to a structured follow-up review. ## Core Rules 1. **Never stop for user input.** Record questions and move on. 2. **Delete only what the list below allows.** Record every other intended deletion under **Files to Delete** in the follow-up file. 3. **Never push to remote.** Only local branches and commits. 4. **Commit with explicit pathspecs.** Name the paths you changed on the commit itself: `git add -- <path> <path> …` (needed for new files, which a commit pathspec alone does not pick up), then `git commit -m "<message>" -- <path> <path> …`. Never `git add -A`, `git add .` or `git commit -a`, and never a bare `git commit` after staging: a plain commit takes the whole index, so it can sweep a parallel agent's or the user's half-finished work into your commit. Work out the paths from the agent's summary and `git status`. …

How to install
mdr add odinmb/ops-workflow/work-autonomously@sha256:cacf81e2b7055b04The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261003.5a3a3a0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
