Send proactive messages to IM groups or individual users via the gateway Send API. Use when the user says to send, post, notify, forward, or tell someone a message on Feishu, Slack, Telegram, Discord, DingTalk, or WeCom.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Message Push You can send messages to IM channels proactively -- to groups or individual users -- without waiting for an incoming message. ## Recognizing Push Intent Note: if the user asks you to send a FILE or IMAGE (e.g. a generated document, chart, photo), do NOT use this skill — instead save to `temp_file/` and emit `[SEND_IMAGE: ...]` / `[SEND_FILE: ...]` markers (see the im-adapter skill). This skill only sends TEXT messages. Watch for phrases like: - "send this to the ops group" - "tell Alice in DM that..." - "post this summary to #general" - "notify the team on Feishu" - "forward this to chat oc_xxx" ## Sending Workflow Follow these steps when the user requests a message push: 1. **Identify the target** -- determine the channel name and chatId from the user's request 2. **Discover available channels** -- call `GET /api/channels` to confirm the channel exists and supports sending 3. **Compose the message** -- draft the text content, following im-adapter formatting guidelines 4. **Confirm with the user** -- if this is the first time sending to this chat, show the draft and ask for approval …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
