High-frequency UEFN device quirks and edge cases (Elimination Manager, Item Granter timing, Storm Controller, Player Spawner multiplayer behavior, DemoDisplay sizing/placement rules) at high density. Read before configuring one of these devices to avoid rediscovering a known trap.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # UEFN device gotchas Device-specific quirks and edge cases — the "this device does something non-obvious" layer. Complementary to `~/.claude/skills/uefn-lessons/SKILL.md`, which stays for generic Verse/UEFN/MCP tooling gotchas (syntax, the MCP dispatcher, and similar) — this skill is specifically about individual device TYPES behaving in ways their name/UI doesn't suggest. ## How to use this Before configuring a device this skill has a file for, check it first. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
