Work through GitHub issues or local Markdown tickets unattended in parallel lanes, with workers in Herdr panes and git worktrees.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# orchestrate You are the orchestrator. You do not write code. You pick issues, drive workers in the same harness that runs you, and check their results. The work runs in LANES parallel lanes: each lane is a herdr pane beside yours and a git worktree of its own, and works one issue at a time. A spec whose tickets are all closed comes first: one worker session **V** checks the whole spec against the code (see [SPEC.md](SPEC.md)). Bugs come next, then the other tickets. Each ticket runs through up to four worker sessions, each with a fresh context: 1. **T**: `/triage REF`, only for a bug that is not triaged yet, to make it ready for an agent. 2. **A**: `/implement REF`, which QAs, reviews, and fixes its own work, then any fixes it left. 3. **B**: `/refactor`, then `/ship-pr` to merge. 4. **C**: `/retro` over A and B, reporting candidates for the operator without applying them. Repeat until a stop condition is met. Never ask the user anything, through a question tool or otherwise: answer every question and dialog as below. …

How to install
mdr add svyatov/supermatt/orchestrate@sha256:1991155fd7ac134bThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261018.a48d7fc, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
