Coordinate decision or design document delivery. Use when the user explicitly requests multi-stage or multi-document orchestration, phase gates, or a durable cross-session handoff. A document package, summary, or traceability table alone does not qualify. Route single-deliverable work and coding or deployment execution to their owning workflows.

How to install
mdr add alieismy/codex-three-layer-delivery/rd-delivery@sha256:cd887c5f8ac82096The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.a01d3df, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
