# rd-delivery

编排有边界的文档交付任务，但不替代负责生成或评审具体制品的专业 `rd-*` Skill。

## 交付物

- 状态与验证记录
- 跨会话或跨代理交接记录

需要持久化交付记录时，读取 [delivery-record.md](references/delivery-record.md)。沿用仓库现有位置和命名约定；没有必要时，不强加新的任务目录或框架。

## 运行规则

- 仅在请求明确要求多阶段或多文档编排、阶段门禁或持久化跨会话交接时使用。请求不必点名本 Skill，但仅因任务复杂或存在多个输出不构成使用理由；单一交付物直接路由到对应专业 Skill
- 只选择决策和交付物所需阶段，不得强制串联全部 `rd-*` Skill
- 以当前范围内已识别且仍有效的权威项目制品作为权威事实来源，把聊天视为临时工作上下文
- 明确授权边界：代理可以起草、验证或建议，但只有获授权的干系人可以批准或基线化制品
- 为每个阶段识别最小相关上下文。在阶段边界确认权威输入和适用范围仍有效；复用已经检查且未变化的上下文，仅加载发生变化、新增适用或有效性存疑的关键材料
- 区分长期需求与意图、当前架构、任务特定变更设计、决策理由、证据和评审发现等持久制品类型，不得让它们相互静默替代
- 把交付记录作为索引，而不是制品的第二份副本：记录状态和精简决策背景，并链接到完整内容的唯一权威位置
- 明确当前项目阶段或职责、首要结果和最短证据路径；先围绕该结果分配工作，再处理可选的辅助改进
- 复用适用的既有门禁。只有已批准范围、已复现缺陷、权威要求或重大风险需要时，才新增通用 Validator、宽泛测试矩阵、安全加固专项或框架；否则将其保留在活动工作范围之外，并记录重新纳入条件

## 工作流

### 1. 界定交付任务

- 明确真实决策或交付目标、受众、范围、排除项、成功标准、决策权限和日期/版本边界
- 当前项目阶段或职责会影响优先级时，明确该阶段或职责，并识别本次任务的首要结果和最短证据路径
- 仅检查与本次交付任务相关的项目指南、文档地图、模板、术语表、基线、上游决策和活动任务记录，并遵循上述上下文复用规则
- 区分可由仓库回答的事实，以及需要用户决定的范围、优先级、风险和批准事项
- 只询问阻塞当前授权工作的用户决策。少量独立问题可合并提出，并给出建议和取舍；有依赖的决策分支逐步澄清。复用已提供的决定，按明确的低风险假设推进，记录非阻塞未知项并继续独立工作

**完成标准：** 相关时的当前阶段、首要结果、最短证据路径、目标交付物、控制性输入、决策责任人和阻塞性未知项均已明确。

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.a01d3df, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
