Funding-proposal editing mode (NSF Project Summary/Description, NIH Specific Aims, fellowship proposals). Keeps the vision-and-feasibility register a paper would trim, enforces claim-feasibility matching, edits the score-forming first pages hardest, and applies the shared L0 lexical policy. Never invents preliminary data, partners, funding history, or letters, and is not for evading AI-use disclosure.

How to install
mdr add skymanbp/sci-paper/proposal-polish@sha256:726de9ef056603d6The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260927.2c70054, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
