parallel-work from gbourgeat/ddd-ts-kit is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.

Splits the planned slices between several agents or people so that they cannot collide. One worker per bounded context, contracts and skeleton committed first, a git worktree per worker, shared files touched by the conductor only and regenerated instead of merged, a fixed merge order, and a short briefing per worker. Use when the user wants several agents or developers to build at the same time, asks how to parallelise or share the work, or before launching more than one context-builder agent.…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Work in parallel without collisions Contexts asked for: `$ARGUMENTS` You are the conductor: you own the trunk, the shared files and the merges. Workers own one bounded context each. Input: `docs/architecture/slices.md`. Launch nothing before the owner approved the split. ## 1. Decide whether it pays Work cut by user story rather than by context is `/ddd-ts-kit:story`, run by the owner, one session and one terminal per story: it reuses the worktrees, the briefings and the merge rules below. This skill splits one plan between workers of different contexts. Parallel work pays when at least two contexts each have three or more ready slices and their contracts are settled. It does not when: there is one context; a boundary or a payload is still debated; the slices form one chain; the walking skeleton is not merged yet (build it alone first, it proves the stack for everyone). Workers: one per context, **two or three at a time**, four at most. Each has its own worktree, dependencies and test runs, and every merge is read by one conductor: past that, the merges become the bottleneck. Inside one context, two workers only on two different …

How to install
mdr add gbourgeat/ddd-ts-kit/parallel-work@sha256:92c1fc9c9b19585fThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.17189a9, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
