Adapt the workflow scaffold to a new repository or add only missing substrate blocks to an existing install. Every install, hook, and overwrite needs explicit consent. Triggers: "init-workspace", "set up agentic workflow", "upgrade workflow scaffold".

# Init Workspace Turn an empty or existing repo into one that works with the agentic workflow: copy the generic scaffold, then **tailor it to this project** instead of leaving raw placeholders. ## Turn contract — verify before ending the turn ``` ✓ Required user inputs were answered concretely (not defaulted). How to install
mdr add gtrabanco/agentic-workflow/init-workspace@sha256:4afaa6b1fb0b6de6The line at the top of this page pins the label v4.3.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
