Execute TikTok Ads through the official TikTok for Business MCP server and Marketing API v1.3, with the ttops CLI as an offline guard rail: access and tokens, paused launch, verify-before-activate, budget and currency safety, reporting, automated rules, error codes. Strategy and creative decisions = tiktok-ads.
