One read that answers where Fleet Manager v1 stands, what is missing and which views need love — the handoff's Focus (v1) section first, the rows' own Row state lines and the views' receipts when it is absent. Triggers: a fresh session's first planning question; before claiming a Fleet Manager lane; the weekly planning slot; an operator's 'where are we'.
