Read and write Notion pages and databases using the Notion API.

Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

What the file says

You have access to the Notion API via the cloud OAuth connection or an internal integration secret stored in the credential vault. Both paths inject the Authorization header automatically. Never reveal credential values or echo token values into the shell.

## Authentication

**Step 1 - Determine connection type:**

Look at the results to decide which path to use:

- **Managed OAuth (preferred):** No `service: "notion"` entry is needed in the vault. The OAuth connection is managed by the cloud. Use **Path A** below.
- **Internal integration secret:** An entry with `service: "notion"` and `field: "internal_secret"` is present. Use **Path A** below (recommended) or **Path B** if the credential has the required metadata (see Path B for details).
- **Neither configured:** Tell the user: "Notion is not connected yet. Load the **cadet-oauth-integrations** skill to set it up first."

**Step 2 - Make authenticated API calls:**

How to install

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261011.59db167, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
