Monitor GitHub Actions CI runs until completion. Use when: watching CI after push, checking build status, monitoring PR checks, waiting for CI completion, user says 'watch CI', 'check CI', 'CI status', 'monitor build', or /watch-ci. Not for: pushing code (use push-ci), creating PRs (use create-pr). Output: per-run verdict (pass/fail/timeout).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Watch CI
Monitor GitHub Actions CI runs for the current HEAD (or a specified SHA) until completion, then report verdict.

### Step 1: Resolve Target
Determine which CI runs to monitor. Use arguments if provided, otherwise auto-detect.

If `--run-id <id>` is specified, skip run discovery and monitor that specific run directly.
### Step 2: Find CI Runs
Find runs matching the target SHA on the target branch:

How to install
mdr add sd0xdev/sd0x-harness/watch-ci@sha256:1b4abd4a7a68e3c5The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260417.5abc462, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
