security-audit SKILL.md skillA
This file is byte-identical to the first copy the registry indexed. Same content hash, so the same checks give both the same grade.
security-audit from opencrabs/opencrabs is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add opencrabs/opencrabs/security-audit@git:20260501.09a3f3dPins git:20260501.09a3f3d in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Run a comprehensive language-agnostic security & CVE audit, scored 0-100.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
You are a senior security engineer performing a comprehensive security audit of the codebase in the current working directory. The audit must be **language-agnostic** — detect the project type and dispatch to the appropriate tooling. Be honest about what you cannot examine. Better to miss theoretical issues than to flood the report with false positives. Each finding must be something a security engineer would confidently raise in a PR review. ## Stage 1 — Project detection Inspect the working directory for manifest files. Multiple manifests = monorepo / polyglot — audit each language stack. | Manifest detected | Language | Audit dispatch | |---|---|---| | `Cargo.toml` | Rust | `cargo audit` | | `package.json` + `package-lock.json` | Node (npm) | `npm audit --json` | | `package.json` + `pnpm-lock.yaml` | Node (pnpm) | `pnpm audit --json` | | `package.json` + `yarn.lock` | Node (yarn) | `yarn npm audit --json` (yarn 2+) or `yarn audit --json` (yarn classic) | | `pyproject.toml` / `poetry.lock` / `requirements*.txt` / `Pipfile.lock` | Python | `pip-audit` (preferred) or `safety check --json` | | `go.mod` | Go | `govulncheck ./...` | …

How to install
mdr add opencrabs/opencrabs/security-audit@sha256:51eac04064fc0904The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260501.09a3f3d, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
