Use when auditing Claude skills and commands for quality. Supports Quick Scan (changed skills only) and Full Stocktake modes with sequential subagent batch evaluation.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# skill-stocktake
Slash command (`/skill-stocktake`) that audits all Claude skills and commands using a quality checklist + AI holistic judgment. Supports two modes: Quick Scan for recently changed skills, and Full Stocktake for a complete review.
## Scope
The command targets the following paths **relative to the directory where it is invoked**:

| `{cwd}/.claude/skills/` | Project-level skills (if the directory exists) |
**At the start of Phase 1, the command explicitly lists which paths were found and scanned.**
### Targeting a specific project
To include project-level skills, run from that project's root directory:

```
If the project has no `.claude/skills/` directory, only global skills and commands are evaluated.

How to install
mdr add frankxai/agentic-creator-os/skill-stocktake@sha256:c03bfae29e91ada1The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260328.03dc5c1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
