Audit the installed skills and decide which to keep, improve, merge or retire. Use when taking stock of the skill library (skill の棚卸し). For writing or revising one skill, use skill-creator.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # skill-stocktake — Skill Quality Audit Evaluate installed skills and assign each a verdict: `Keep / Improve / Update / Retire / Merge`, plus `Out of scope` for skills this harness does not own (Phase 0). This skill does NOT do the improving — once it has a verdict, it **hands off to skill-creator (the improvement engine)**. That boundary is the point: stocktake is the quality gate, skill-creator is the fixer. > Design note. Per-item quality/freshness and set-level existence/overlap are > different properties. How to install
mdr add shimo4228/claude-harness/skill-stocktake@sha256:d1bb76d7934d6941The line at the top of this page pins the label v3.3, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
