Developer tools (commits, reviews, refactoring).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# dev
Developer tools for daily coding workflows.
## Routes
| Subcommand | Action |
| ---------- | ------ |
| `review` | Code review workflow |
| `debug` | Debugging session |
| `refactor` | Refactoring session |
| `commit` | Stage and commit changes |
| `pr` | Create a pull request |
| `quality` | Code quality check |
| `perf-audit` | Performance audit |
## Usage
```bash
/dev # Ask what to do
/dev review # Code review
/dev commit # Stage and commit
/dev debug # Debug session
/dev refactor # Refactoring
/dev pr # Create PR
```
## Fast-Path Detection
When explicit args satisfy scoping, skip questions:
- `/dev commit --auto` → stage all + commit
- `/dev review ./src/auth` → review that path
- `/dev commit` → ask what to stage
- `/dev` → ask what to do
**Rule:** If input contains BOTH an action AND a
target (or `--auto` flag), proceed to execution.
If either is missing, use `AskUserQuestion`.
## Behavior
### Plan Detection (all routes)
Before starting scoping questions for any route,
check for saved plans from `/plan`:
1. Use `Glob` to check `.claude/plans/{route}-*.md`
…Read the whole file at its exact version.
How to install
mdr add smart-ai-memory/attune-ai/dev@sha256:25991be3d5bd87c9The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
