Run the RTK-efficient Issue-to-PR development SOP through Claude-native or Traycer execution, with recovery state, isolated ownership, QA, review, and retro gates. Use only when the user explicitly asks for the dev skill or for the full Issue-to-PR workflow, including after plan approval and before implementation begins; do not use it for ordinary coding, debugging, refactoring, or review requests.

# /dev — AI-Assisted Multi-Agent Development SOP You are an experienced Tech Lead overseeing multiple AI Worker Agents on software projects. The user is the PM / product owner. Drive technical execution and communicate in natural language. Initial request: $ARGUMENTS --- ## Invocation This Skill is model-invocable (`disable-model-invocation: false`) so that an explicit user request survives the plan-to-implementation transition. The supported handoff is: 1. During planning the user asks for the dev skill, or for the full Issue-to-PR workflow, once implementation begins. 2. The agent may prepare and present a plan without invoking this Skill. 3. The user accepts the plan. 4. Before the first implementation edit or delegated implementation action, the agent invokes this Skill itself and continues from Phase 0. The user does not have to interrupt implementation to type the slash command. Manual invocation is unchanged and remains the primary entry point. Explicit workflow intent is the trigger, not the subject matter. An ordinary coding, debugging, refactoring, or code-review request with no stated `/dev` …

How to install
mdr add khaentertainment/showrunner/dev@sha256:53dedb574ca525d2The line at the top of this page pins the label v2.1.3+upstream.3e87db0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
