Unique project-local fire verb for the seven-leg nightly close-parity pass. Proves and loads the canonical top-level skill.

The unique name prevents a same-name user skill from silently replacing the
project protocol.

2. Require literal `NIGHTLY_ROUTE PASS`. On red, stop; the checker has already
raised a named local alert.
3. Read `../nightly/SKILL.md` from this skill directory, resolved under the
project's top-level `skills/` tree.
4. Verify `NIGHTLY_LOCAL_PROTOCOL: close-parity-v2-7L-11C`.
5. Execute that canonical protocol exactly.

How to install
mdr add wrg32786/aigent-os/nightly-close-parity@sha256:21280e29c206bc8eThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260726.7992efa, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
