Ingest raw sources (standups, ops reports, transcripts, URLs) into interlinked wiki pages, lint vault health, consolidate duplicate pages, or show the ingest backlog. Use when the user wants notes turned into knowledge, duplicates merged, or a vault health check.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Vault Operations The knowledge loop over the PostHog work vault at `~/dev/haacked/notes/PostHog` (paths below are relative to `~/dev/haacked/notes`). The schema (raw vs wiki vs working docs, the log rules) lives in `PostHog/CLAUDE.md` — read it before any operation. The operations log `PostHog/log.md` is both history and the ingest ledger: a backtick-wrapped vault-relative path anywhere in the log marks that raw source as ingested, so only ingest entries may backtick-wrap paths — every other entry type writes paths plain or as `[[wikilinks]]`. How to install
mdr add haacked/dotfiles/vault@sha256:ba894acc14f5275aThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260827.66fa08c, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
