Use this skill for Azure RBAC, Entra-backed access, role assignment, custom role, scope, subscription, management group, or least-privilege review tasks. Trigger when the user asks whether Azure access is too broad or how to grant access safely.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Azure RBAC Review ## Purpose Review Azure access decisions against least privilege, scope minimization, and operational safety. ## Lean operating rules - Prefer Microsoft Learn documentation through the user's configured documentation MCP, then sampled read-only Azure evidence when available, then sanitized user evidence. - Separate confirmed facts from inference. If state was not queried or shown, say so. - Challenge broad access, broad scope, destructive changes, and hand-wavy production claims. - Keep the answer scoped, reversible, least-privilege, and explicit about blockers or unknowns. ## References Load these only when needed: - [Azure RBAC Review Operations](references/rbac-review-operations.md) — use for current service behavior, common failure modes, hard design rules, verification targets, and push-back conditions. - [Safety checklist](references/safety-checklist.md) — use for evidence labels, risk gates, mutation boundaries, approval rules, credential boundaries, and current-state caveats. - [MCP and evidence path](references/mcp-and-evidence.md) — use when choosing documentation-based evidence, sampled read-only evidence, or sanitized user evidence. …

How to install
mdr add vincentchuwaichow/vanguard-frontier-agentic/azure-rbac-review@sha256:7a8e7d3716a6833eThe line at the top of this page pins the label v0.1.2, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
