Use when working a ticket from the first edit to done — multi-file work; opening, updating or merging a PR ("PR 올려줘", "머지해줘", "머지까지 진행해줘", "머지되면 이어서"); a release after the merge ("릴리즈까지 진행해줘"); review comments ("리뷰 코멘트 대응해줘"); proving it works ("동작확인하고 머지", "내가 확인할 거 있어?"); declaring a ticket done ("이 티켓 끝내줘", "ship it").
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Delivering a ticket ## 1. Plan Non-trivial work — multi-file changes, architectural decisions, ambiguous scope — is planned before the first edit. **Planning is not a checkpoint: do not enter plan mode and do not wait for approval.** Write the plan where it stays readable — a comment on the ticket, the PR body, the worklog — and start. The ticket, or the `/goal` that opened the card, is the approval for exactly what it says. On the ticket that is one plan comment, edited if the plan changes, and the move to `started`. Past that the ticket gets only the milestone lines (`use-tracker`, "Milestones") and the completion comment (§6); progress goes to the worklog. At each milestone (PR opened or updated, review requested or answered, merged, released and verified), read `end-session` [references/record.md](../end-session/references/record.md) and record by its table, then give its record line in the report. Reading the repo can change the picture. If the scope turns out to be materially different from the ticket, do not stop: either it still fits one reviewable PR, or you split the ticket (§5) and …

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
