Set up a new podcast wiki in the current project (copies the tools, creates wiki/, walks through the Spotify login). Use on /podcast-wiki:setup, or when the user wants to start their own podcast wiki.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Set up a podcast wiki here
The plugin's files are at `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}`. Work in the current project directory. Never overwrite an existing file without asking.
## 0. Offer the demo first
If this folder has no `wiki/` yet, ask once whether the user wants to see a demo before setting up Spotify. `/podcast-wiki:demo` builds a small wiki from 3 sample episodes in about 2 minutes, with no Spotify login. If they say yes, run the demo skill and stop here.
## 1. Check requirements
Run `uname -sm; uv --version; ffmpeg -version | head -1`. Whisper transcription needs macOS on Apple Silicon (`Darwin arm64`), [uv](https://docs.astral.sh/uv/) and `ffmpeg`. If one is missing, say how to install it (`brew install uv ffmpeg`) and stop. On other platforms, warn that episodes without a published transcript fall back to the episode description.
## 2. Copy the files

How to install
mdr add hagaihen/podcast-wiki/setup@sha256:0a38672122da84e4The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261008.1ba1193, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
