Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Running the control plane Gated engineering workflow: a task is registered in `context/control_plane.db`, specified, approved by a human signature, built in a worktree, verified and closed. When it says `disabled`, say so, skip registration and gating, and offer to enable. 2. **Humans sign, agents never.** The three gates (APPROVED, VERIFY_EXIT, DONE) need a human `ssh-keygen -Y sign`. Never record a decision, approval or review skip on the human's behalf, and never run key enrollment. 3. **Read before acting.** Read the transition guidance and the database first; say which parts were read. 4. **One question per turn**, answered from context and the running directives ledger first. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
