Simulates and validates SQLite control-plane state transitions. Supports both fast deterministic simulation (PipelineSimulator) and behavioral cheap-model dry-runs. Verifies what the agent knows to do itself, what questions to ask the human, what commands the human runs vs what the agent runs (enforcing the AGENT-RUNNABLE / SOFT / HARD 3-class taxonomy), valid/invalid transitions, and minimization of friction. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent.
