Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Control Plane Mode (`os-control-mode`)

The control plane is more than one switch: the `os-control-intake` family of skills, a rule, two git guards in `.git/hooks`, and a declared mode. This skill flips them together and proves the result, so a repo is never left half on.

## Critical Constraints

1. **Explicit Request Only**: Only on explicit user request naming control plane or gating. Never autonomously.
2. **Never Bypass Blocked Guards**: A blocked guard means stop, report why, and ask.
3. **Confirm Before Applying**: Run `--dry-run`, explain plan, and require explicit confirmation before `--yes`.
4. **No Manual Hook Edits**: Do not edit `AGENTS.md`, hooks, or ownership files manually. Use the CLI script.

How to install

The exact contents, by fingerprint

The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.1.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
