Mirror an sdd-style TODO.md (`<!-- sdd:open -->` / `<!-- sdd:decided -->`) as GitHub issues, idempotently, re-syncing as the file changes; also audits and fixes an off-standard TODO.md and routes an `ACHADOS-*.md` report to the tracker. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# TODO.md → GitHub issues O `TODO.md` continua sendo **a fonte da verdade**; cada issue é um espelho dele. O script é idempotente: pode rodar quantas vezes quiser, e só cria ou edita o que mudou. O formato é o do **kit sdd**, não desta skill: `templates/todo.md` (uma variante por `OUTPUT_LANG`, ex. `todo.pt-BR.md`). Duas seções `##`, cada uma com seu marcador na linha de baixo: `<!-- sdd:open -->` (os achados, espelhados como issues) e `<!-- sdd:decided -->` (registros do que foi refutado ou decidido; **não** viram issue). O texto do heading segue o idioma do repo; o marcador e o `RESOLVED by <hash>` são o contrato, em inglês. How to install
mdr add j0ruge/skills/todo-to-github-issues@sha256:f3e7f888f67be9c2The line at the top of this page pins the label v2.8.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
