One-time Laravel Forge hermit setup. Installs the Forge PHP SDK, verifies credentials, and wires the estate scan into config.json. Run once per project after /hermitd:hatch.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. Idempotent setup wizard for the Laravel Forge plugin. Run **after** `/hermitd:hatch` has been completed.

If it does exist, run `.hermit/bin/hermitd-run domain-hatch preflight hermitd-laravel-forge` and parse the JSON verdict. Branch on `action`:
- **`bootstrap_core` / `upgrade_core_package` / `upgrade_core_applied`** → tell the operator to run the `next_steps` commands in order, then stop. An older core prints the dashed form of these with a `remedy` instead: relay `remedy` and stop.
- **`verify`** → say:
> "hermitd-laravel-forge {self_version} is already installed. Reply 'verify' to re-run checks only, or 'full' to re-run the full wizard."
Use `AskUserQuestion`: "(verify / full)" — **verify** → skip to Step 4; **full** → continue from Step 2.
- **`full`** → continue from Step 2.

How to install
mdr add gtapps/hermitd/hatch@sha256:9ff455998a150f2aThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.fb5290c, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
