Calculates sample size and power for clinical, survival, cluster, and prediction-model studies, with a script, sweep, and SAP text. Use when the user asks for power or sample size.

# Power and Sample Size ## Skill Value - **Problem it solves:** Studies often proceed without transparent detectable-effect, alpha, power, attrition, or endpoint assumptions. - **Use when:** The user asks for power, sample size, detectable effect, feasibility, or SAP power section support. - **Output:** Power assumptions and calculation summary with inputs, limitations, and SAP handoff. - **Ask only if:** Only when design, endpoint type, effect scale, allocation, variance, or event rate is missing. - **Do not do:** Do not guarantee feasibility when data availability or assumptions are uncertain. - **Interaction:** Check repo/config/chat evidence first. Ask one decision-changing question at a time; use the current harness's blocking question UI when available, otherwise present numbered choices and wait. Wraps the standard power calculations behind a single command. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
